Putin called cybercrime a threat to global security

Russian President Vladimir Putin named the main threats to world security. He said this in his address to the participants of the Moscow conference.

As the head of state emphasized, among the existing threats in the world there are widespread risks of the “spread” of weapons of mass destruction, as well as international crime and cybercrime.

As Putin emphasized, the scale and global nature of these problems require the combined efforts of all states. Such work should proceed on the basis of international law, the goals and principles of the UN Charter.
