British Foreign Minister Dominic Raab said London will consider expanding its blacklists and reserves the right to use “more offensive means of fighting” against attackers. Raab said this in an interview with The Daily Telegraph.

Raab noted that the United Kingdom will work with the US government to “lead the global effort” to combat cyberattacks using ransomware viruses that cripple national infrastructure.
